Tutoring agencies are proliferating. Many, if not most of them, use students still at university or recent graduates and can have networks of hundreds of tutors. J&J, in contrast, works with a close-knit team of highly qualified private teachers, many of whom have tutored for years, all of whom have attended the world’s top universities and several of whom have worked at them as lecturers or professors. Our tutors also bring highly sought-after professional experience; they are diplomats, journalists and national athletes, as well as senior teachers in top schools. We highly vet them, most come through private recommendations, and their results speak for themselves. In short, they are among the most experienced, talented and able tutors in the whole business.

In recent years, students helped by our tutors have been admitted to the world’s best universities and schools, including Ivy Leagues like Harvard University and St Andrew’s University in Scotland; prestigious schools including Westminster, St Paul’s, Eton and City of London. They’ve increased their grades in GCSEs and A Levels, received top marks in subjects they were failing at, honed personal statements and, perhaps most importantly, improved their confidence and well-being. We’re committed to helping students achieve their potential at the same time as helping them think long-term, become happier and less anxious. True, sustainable success, comes from confidence and a sense of purpose and direction. That’s what our tutors help instil.

It is very simple. First, you book a free telephone consultation with our expert advisers, which usually lasts around 15 minutes. You can book this by emailing us directly at enquiries@jandjeducation.com or by filling in the form at our contact us section. During the consultation, we will take your details, find out your educational needs and advise on which of our tutors can best help.

Absolutely! Our youngest clients are around four years old and we’ve recently taught adults in their fifties and above. There is no age limit for our tuition - much of our admissions work focuses around job applications, admissions for business schools and graduate programs for mature students.
-
Most of our tuition takes place at the client’s home and some at a location convenient for both, for example a central office space or café. We also offer all of our services online, through Zoom/Skype, with virtual teaching tools. Our lessons can be taught throughout the day or evenings, as well as on weekends.
-
We are very confident about the quality of our service and take huge effort to ensure each of our clients is matched with the best possible tutor, in a tailored approach. We’re so sure about our work that we offer a first lesson satisfaction guarantee: if you’re not happy after your first session, let us know; we won’t charge you for that lesson and we’ll find you a replacement tutor instead.
